  4. The gift certificate is valid for 1 year and is non-refundable.
  5. The customer can use the gift certificate only in its original form.

  7. It has its own serial number.
  8. Certificates can be combined.
  9. Certificates purchased through promotions are non-refundable

VEAN GOLD MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE The certificate is available on the GOLD CARD, offering exclusive privileges and bonuses for Gold Card holders.

  6. The project includes from 4 to 10 sessions, priority booking with no wait time, and free sketch development for your project.

"Couple Tattoo" Certificate The certificate is available on the VEAN CARD and offers the opportunity to create a symbolic pair of tattoos for you and your partner, becoming an integral part of your shared story.

Piercing Certificate The electronic certificate is available on the VEAN CARD and allows you to choose a piercing worth the value of the certificate at VEAN TATTOO studios, giving you a unique decoration and a fresh new style.

    • It does not apply to microdermal or intimate piercings.

Promotional Certificate Physical certificates will be issued until December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025, certificates will be converted into points and displayed in the user's personal account.

  1. The service is determined by the studio administration.
  2. Does not apply to top artists in the network.
  3. The nominal value is set by the studio administration.
  4. Validity period: 1 month (not redeemable for cash).
  5. An additional payment may be required.
  6. Valid only at the studio where the promotion is held.
  7. Certificates cannot be combined with each other.
  8. Applies to everything except store products and training.
  9. The promotional certificate covers no more than 50% of the service cost (usable from 300 PLN).
