Definitions:
REGULATIONS – the regulations of the Vean Tattoo studio.
TATTOO – a body modification procedure that transfers the Tattoo Design onto the Client’s skin in a permanent manner.
PIERCING – a form of body decoration involving body piercings and the insertion of jewelry. Due to its radical nature, piercing is considered one of the practices of body modification.
LASER REMOVAL – the process of destroying the pigment under the skin using a beam of special light.
PROCEDURE – a process that disrupts the skin's continuity, aiming to create a Tattoo on the Client’s skin by injecting pigment into the dermis.
CLIENT – a person undergoing a tattoo, piercing, or laser removal procedure.
ARTIST – the person performing the tattoo or piercing procedure. The Artist may be an employee of the Studio or a self-employed individual, running their own business, engaging in unregistered activity, or working for another employer renting a workspace based on an agreement between that employer and the Studio.
DESIGN – a graphic pattern representing the appearance of the Tattoo, stored on paper, electronically, or temporarily drawn directly on the Client’s skin.
SESSION – the time dedicated to the completion of the tattoo, including preparation of the design, setup of the workstation, the procedure itself, and any necessary breaks.
DEPOSIT – a payment made to the studio or the artist to secure the financial commitment.
PROCEDURE ROOM – a room where procedures are carried out.
WORKSTATION – a table or trolley used for placing tools and materials used during the procedure, as well as furniture directly involved in the procedure, such as a chair, armrest, or lamp.
General Provisions:
- Working hours: The studio is open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, daily.
- Client Responsibility: Clients are required to familiarize themselves with the studio's regulations.
- Services for Adults and Minors: We provide tattoo and piercing services to individuals over the age of 18. It is also possible to perform tattoos and piercings on minors (at least 16 years old) with a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian at the studio.
- Documentation and Consent: Before the procedure, every client must fill out the necessary health questionnaires and sign the consent form between the client and the tattoo artist. These documents are available at the studio in either paper or electronic form.

- Copyright: The studio reserves the rights to the photos, designs, and tattoos created. We retain copyright to all photos, designs, and tattoos we create, as well as photos of our work sent by clients.
- Prohibited Clients: The studio does not provide services to individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants.
- Sterility and Sanitary Conditions: The studio ensures the sterility of all tools used for procedures and guarantees the client's right to review sanitation documentation certified by Sanepid.
- Touching Equipment: It is strictly prohibited for clients to touch equipment used for tattooing.
- Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking, consuming alcohol, or using other intoxicants is strictly prohibited in the studio.
- No Animals: Animals are not allowed in the studio.
- Procedure Interruptions: Procedures may be interrupted if the client experiences a deterioration in health or skin conditions that could affect the tattoo.
- Pregnancy: We do not perform tattoos or piercings on pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is recommended to wait six months after childbirth.
- Allergies and Reactions: The studio is not responsible for allergic reactions or other health issues.
- Post-Procedure Care: After the procedure, we provide detailed care instructions and offer recommended products to help avoid any complications.
- Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for personal items left by clients in or around the studio.
- Quality Follow-up: After the procedure, a studio representative may contact you as part of a quality control survey.
- Non-refundable Deposit: The deposit for the tattoo design sketch is non-refundable if the client refuses the procedure. Additionally, if the client requests more than three modifications to the sketch, the cost of the additional modifications will be added to the final project fee.
- Tattoo Designs: We create custom designs, use ready-made designs from our tattoo artists, or work with designs brought in by clients. We are not responsible for the source of the design and always suggest modifications to avoid copying designs exactly. The sketch is presented to the client on the day of the tattoo, before the procedure. We begin working on the sketch only after receiving the deposit.
- Tattoo Correction: Corrections to tattoos are charged, and the cost is determined individually.
- Pricing: The minimum price for a tattoo at our studio is 300 PLN. The exact price is always determined during a free consultation, as it depends on the size, style, and individual client requests, as well as the city. The price for tattoos done by apprentices starts at 150 PLN and up. The piercing price list only includes the cost of the piercing itself, as the large selection of jewelry is available on-site. Piercing prices generally range from 40 to 100 PLN. Reservation of Appointment / Deposit:
- Appointments can be booked via phone, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or directly at the studio.
- Paying the deposit signifies acceptance of the studio's terms and conditions.
- To confirm an appointment, a deposit is required: 100 PLN for a tattoo and 30 PLN for a piercing. The deposit is deducted from the final cost of the procedure. If the appointment is canceled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit is refundable.
- The deposit for training sessions is 150 PLN and is refundable if canceled no later than 7 days before the scheduled appointment.
- Deposits for models are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within two weeks.

Gift Vouchers:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- No change is given for unused amounts on gift vouchers, but the remaining balance can be used for gifts or aftercare products.
- Vouchers not used within the validity period will be canceled.
- Booking an appointment using a gift voucher follows the same rules as a regular booking, but no deposit is required.

Tattoo Design:
- Tattoo designs are prepared no earlier than the day before the scheduled appointment.
- The studio does not send prepared designs in advance.
- Designs are created based on information provided by the client.
- All designs, patterns, and tattoos created by us are protected by copyright law.
The duplication and copying of our designs by third parties are prohibited and may lead to civil legal proceedings.
Guest Artists and Former Collaborators:
- The studio does not bear responsibility for tattoos performed by guest tattoo artists.
- For any corrections, please contact the guest artist directly who created the design.
- If a tattoo was completed or started by an artist who no longer collaborates with our studio, please contact the artist directly for touch-ups or completion of the design. VEAN TATTOO is not responsible for any issues with contacting artists who no longer work with the studio.
Complaint Procedures:
- Clients can fill out a special complaint form available at VEAN TATTOO salons or send their complaint via email to the address provided by the salon or our manager. Alternatively, clients can reach out to the administrator, who will register the complaint in the CRM system and contact the client for further resolution.
- The completed complaint form or verbal report to the administrator can be submitted in person or via email.
- The complaint will be reviewed by VEAN TATTOO's quality control department within 2 business days.
- After the review, the client will receive a written response to the complaint, detailing the investigation results and proposed solutions.
- This procedure is designed to ensure transparency and effective resolution of any conflicts between clients and VEAN TATTOO.
Consumer and Business Client Rights:
- Right to Information: We provide complete and accurate information about our tattoo services, including procedures, materials used, and potential risks, in accordance with our agreement.
- Right to Safety and Hygiene: We strictly adhere to hygiene and safety standards during tattoo procedures to minimize health risks.
- Right to Choice: The client has the right to choose their tattoo design and receive necessary advice and consultations from us if needed.
- Right to Privacy and Data Protection: We guarantee the privacy of our clients' personal data and do not use it without their consent.
- Right to File a Complaint: In case of unsatisfactory results, the client has the right to file a complaint by contacting our quality control department.
- Right to Fair Treatment and Professionalism: We ensure a professional approach and high-quality services that meet the client’s expectations.
Other Regulations
- The individuals designated to represent the company are those listed in the National Court Register (KRS).
- An individual listed in the KRS may designate, in writing, another person to act as a representative.
Safety Measures at VEAN TATTOO (Due to COVID-19)
- We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if:
- You exhibit symptoms indicative of an infectious disease;
- You or anyone you live with is in mandatory isolation or quarantine;
- You had contact within the last week with someone suspected of having an infection, illness, or who has been directed to isolation;
- Please attend appointments without companions.
- Anyone present in the studio must wear a face mask. In line with ministry guidelines, we ask that you cover your nose and mouth.
- Hand sanitizer is available at the reception.
1. Consumer and Business Client Rights
1.1. Clients, including entrepreneurs making purchases for business purposes unrelated to their professional activity, have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the service or goods without providing any reason.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to VEAN TATTOO either by mail or email. Upon exercising this right, VEAN TATTOO agrees to refund the amount paid for the service or goods within 21 business days of receiving the notice.
1.3. Clients must return the goods within 14 days of notifying VEAN TATTOO of the withdrawal. The goods should be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear.
2. Shipping Costs in the Event of Withdrawal
2.1. In the event of contract withdrawal, the customer bears the shipping costs. The return of goods is at the customer's expense.
2.2. VEAN TATTOO is not responsible for the loss or damage of goods during return shipping. We recommend using reliable courier services and insuring shipments.
3. Complaint Procedure
3.1. All complaints regarding VEAN TATTOO’s services and goods can be submitted in writing to the salon’s address or via email.
3.2. Clients, including entrepreneurs making purchases for business purposes unrelated to their professional activity, have the right to have their complaint reviewed within 14 days of its receipt by VEAN TATTOO.
3.3. If the complaint is deemed valid, VEAN TATTOO agrees to correct the defects within a reasonable period.
3.4. Complaints regarding provided services must be submitted no later than 7 days after the service was performed. Complaints made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Manufacturer's Warranty
4.1. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.
