my boyfriend did 4 piercing procedures in this salon on July 30, 2024. I didn't like that we were faced with the fact that ear piercing will be done by a master who needs to gain experience.They didn't ask if we mind, they just informed us about it. It seems to me that it isn’t correct, but it is my personal opinion that it is worth asking about such things. The problem was different, since this piercing was my gift to my boyfriend for his birthday, I paid for this procedure. I paid by credit card. The manager asked me which currency to choose at the terminal: zlotys or dollars, I said zlotys. But the withdrawn amount was in dollars. I asked to cancel the transaction, but they told that it is currently impossible and will not help become it’s bank or terminal commission. I didn’t understand what the problem was, and the employees of the salon didn’t try to solve it or to help. No one apologized for it. Communication wasn’t pleasant. I took all the checks, on one it was written that the chosen currency was the withdrawal of dollars, although the manager said that he had chosen zlotys. I wrote a letter to the salon with my feedback to give them the opportunity to solve the problem without spoiling the salon's reputation,because everyone makes mistakes and a request to solve my problem, I also provided a letter from the company servicing this terminal to prove that the terminal doesn’t independently choose the withdrawal currency even from a foreign card and asked to return the difference that I overpaid by 32 zlotys . I was refused, as they continued to make a fool of me and cover up their mistakes and inability to take responsibility for them. People who do not help, do not communicate kindly and do not take responsibility for their work are not pleasant here. I do not recommend this salon as I don’t believe that if there is a problem with the service or your piercing or tattoo, they will help you.
